WHAT

In the midwife outpatient clinic you will be advised by one of our midwives on all questions during pregnancy, the postpartum period and the entire breastfeeding or feeding period.

Topics may include:

• Pregnancy check-ups
• Help with any kind of discomfort during pregnancy
• Nutritional counseling
• Oral hygiene
• CoChecking the uterus after birth
• Measuring and weighing your baby
• Navel care
• Control of wound healing
• Advice on breastfeeding or bottle feeding
• Breastfeeding problems (pain, milk retention, too much or too little milk, etc.)
• complementary feeding
• weaning

If you have not found a midwife, please come to the midwife outpatient clinic in our centre in Hamm.
