KINESIOLOGICAL TAPING IN THE HOUSE FOR BIRTH AND HEALTH
Kinesiotape can be used in a variety of ways during pregnancy and after the birth and has a soothing and self-healing effect on numerous complaints. It has a gentle effect and is a drug-free treatment for muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and the lymphatic system.
The self-adhesive cotton tape is stuck directly to the skin and you can move and shower as you would without taping. Receptors on the skin are activated by the taping and tension is regulated. This activation stimulates blood circulation and this “micro-massage” of the tissue has a relaxing effect and reduces pain and restricted movement.
Areas of application include
- Tense or too weak muscles
- Overloading of muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints
- Swelling
- General pain, such as: symphysis pain, back pain, pain when walking, neck and headaches, disc problems, etc.
- Carpal tunnel syndrome

Taping is a personal contribution and is not regularly covered by health insurance, although there is sometimes a subsidy. We will be happy to inform you about additional costs.
