Baby massage

Baby massage is a wonderful way to get in touch with your baby through gentle and calm movements. Communication through touch has a relaxing and bonding effect on babies and parents/caregivers.

On a physical level, the techniques and tips taught in this course can help your baby with digestive problems and teething, as well as supporting the immune defence in the event of fever or infections. You will also learn how to handle your baby safely. In a safe and quiet atmosphere with a small group of a maximum of 6 adults and babies, there is room for your questions and to exchange ideas with each other.

Age recommendation at the start of the course:

Your baby should be at least 10 weeks and a maximum of 9 months old.

What soI should bring along:

Blanket for your baby, an absorbent pad if available
Possibly a natural body oil (coconut oil, almond oil)

This is a family massage course for babies with big siblings.
Friday & Monday 1 baby and 1 parent (60 min.), and on Saturday & Sunday with the whole family (90 min.).
